    本公司研制的生物質(zhì)顆粒鍋爐是在引進(jìn)國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)燃燒技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、鍋爐受熱面采用水冷壁管加螺紋煙管三回程結(jié)構(gòu)，在爐膛前后拱處設(shè)置二、三次配風(fēng)裝置，使生物質(zhì)燃料實(shí)現(xiàn)半氣化燃燒，大大減少了不完全燃燒損失。具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理，受熱面積大，熱效率高，燃燒充分，污染小，低排放等特點(diǎn)。采用機(jī)械自動(dòng)加料裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化燃料供給燃燒，再配裝煙氣余熱回收器。各類排放指標(biāo)均低于國家（GB13271-2001）《鍋爐大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》規(guī)定，是替代電、燃油、燃?xì)�、燃煤熱水鍋爐的佳產(chǎn)品。生物質(zhì)鍋爐運(yùn)行成本低，比燃油、燃?xì)狻㈦娂訜徨仩t可節(jié)省40%-60%，比燃煤節(jié)省5%-10%運(yùn)行成本，是一種高效的熱能設(shè)備。
